How long will it take to get my order?

Once you place your order and it has been confirmed, we will prepare and dispatch it as quickly as possible. You will receive an email when your order is on its way.

Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose:

  • Standard Insured Delivery:
    Your order typically arrives within 6–12 business days.

  • Free Insured Delivery:
    Your order generally arrives within 12–16 business days.

Most orders arrive toward the earlier part of these timeframes, but delivery can vary slightly depending on your province and the time of year. During peak seasons delivery may take a little longer.

Does my purchase come with a guarantee?

Yes — all of our smartwatches come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for your peace of mind.

If you experience any manufacturing defects or issues within 30 days of receiving your order, simply contact our support team and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • The guarantee covers manufacturing faults and defects

  • Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our shipping partner's website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within South Africa only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon.
